I have been meaning to revive my blog for ages, but I never seemed to really get around to it. However, as New Year’s resolutions go, I thought it would be a good one to finally take the plunge and make a new website and start to blog.

As you can probably tell, the site is not entirely finished but I didn’t want to put off the launch any longer. Besides, some things can be changed (such as the logo) or added to at a later date. The one thing that I did want, before it launched, were some lovely featured images (and the top of each page). My brother-in-law Ivo came around yesterday and took some great pictures of my craft room and everything in it. He normally photographs landscapes (check out his Instagram), and despite the lack of any nature in my room these pictures turned out fantastic too. There were simply to many to choose from to include on my website, so I will probably be changing them regularly!

As the blog has launched, it will hopefully aid me to write a weekly blogpost. I will posting my embroidery and other makes on it, as well as some reviews of tools, books and shops, and some how-to’s. I might be even posting some video’s in the future!

If you like to keep up to date with my blog, you can follow the blog itself or you can follow it’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts or all 4 if you like!

All that remains now is to wish you all a Happy New Year and all the best for 2017 and hope to see you visiting my blog again soon!
